To help keep victims safe, VINE Protective Order informs victims by automatically notifying them when protective orders have been served. Knowing when a petition is served allows the victim to be prepared in a safe location and ready to call law enforcement if necessary. Victims have access to call a toll-free line at any time to search for the status of a protective order or register for updates.
