You Can Help!
Why do we need money to change things now? The current facilities and resources adequately serve our communities; however, as a result of moving to a significantly bigger facility, the operational costs, including utilities and insurance have increased. Economic empowerment is essential for women trying to truly beak the cycle of violence. When you picture a woman trying to leave home without a car or money, you can understand what a huge role the accessibility and county outreach initiative will play. Obviously, endowment funding is critical to this plan's success in terms of stabilizing future funding and providing future strength.
As a nonprofit agency, we are dedicated to helping families end the cycle of violence. Yes, we are standing strong and we have made a difference, but we need to shelter more families, serve more people and better support economic independence of recovering victims. It's our responsibility right now to raise the red flag and make you aware that the future will be dramatically threatened if we don't reposition ourselves and take drastic steps toward immediate fulfillment of the current plan and goals we'd love to tell you more about. The scope of this effort is completely unprecedented within our organization and we need tremendous support to make it happen for our clients and future victims. Why YOUR support? We need a positive response from every person and every group or business, including you and yours.
